The Mutafite Neighbourhood, which is located on a territory of 50 decares, is an independent guest complex; it consists of 4 houses, a folk-style restaurant and snack bar, barbecue, spacious yards and children playgrounds. It is located close to the village of Kamenari, 13 km away from the Renaissance town of Elena.

Each of the four houses has its own kitchen and restaurant.

The complex offers 26+4 beds to its guests, situated in 12 rooms with cozy furniture, some of which are studios, luxurious bedrooms for couples and nice rooms for lively companies. The rooms are equipped with TV sets, separate bathrooms and toilets, local heating and fire-places in some of the rooms.
